All-Honors High School Wind Ensemble

When:
Thursday & Friday, December 1 & 2, 2011

Who:
Students who were in one of the 2011 
Arkansas all-state bands, or an alternate, 
are invited to apply. Directors can
recommend other all- state caliber players.

What:
An all-honors wind ensemble made up of
high school band students. The event will include
rehearsals and a final concert; scheduled master 
classes and sectional rehearsals with UCA faculty; 
in-service clinics for directors. Approved by the 
Arkansas Activities Association.

Why:
To give students the opportunity to stretch their 
musical talent, challenge their musical 
independence, and expand their performance 
experience in a wind ensemble environment 
with a world-class conductor.
